For our final community service project this chapter year, we are collecting school supplies during our June and July meetings to benefit the Public Education Foundation of Marion County, where our own Meghan Magamoll is executive director.
Meghan said the items most needed to help supply the Public Education Foundation of Marion County’s “Tools 4 Teaching” store, a free resource for Marion County teachers to use to stock their classrooms, include:
- Spiral bound notebooks (wide and college ruled)
- Notebook paper (wide and college ruled)
- Composition notebooks (wide and college ruled)
- Crayola crayons (24 pack)
- No. 2 pencils
- Glue sticks
School supply donations will be collected at June’s and July’s professional development meeting.
