From the PResident's Perspective

BOLD PR; I often reflect on how I am living out this theme in my professional life. A fine example is in my persistent communication efforts with prospects and past clients. Continuing to call on prospects and past clients who are not buying from me is neither natural nor easy for me. However, it is challenging me so I will grow. In the past few weeks, I have seen the rewards of my persistence pay off. This is a great feeling!
Another area in which I am seeing positive results for hard work is in our FPRA Chapter. Because the Mid Florida Image Awards and Toolkit for Success programs were so successful, we are able to provide scholarships for the FPRA Annual Conference to three chapter members so they can experience the greatest professional development opportunity of the year for the PR industry in Florida!
I have booked my hotel room and registered for the Annual Conference. I hope you are planning to attend too. I promise the investment is well worth it for the professional development and networking you get to experience.
Until next time, keep the BOLD PR work going. You get out of this exactly what you put into it, so please seek an opportunity to get involved by calling or emailing me!
